In the technological process HWW Import Export uses modern technology and personnel with experience in the field. The technical endowment for every processing and packaging operation has been selected according to the European standards and with the purpose of efficiently insuring qualitative results.


1.Vacuuming sistem packing machine - Complete gear fitted with completly integrated vacuuming pomp for vacuuming operations and welding the extremities of the polyethylene packages in which the cutting tools sets are inserted. The vacuuming table is fitted with an inox bell and two working fields in order to facilitate continuous work in two vacuuming areas.

2. Baling machine - Automatic bale packing machine with polyethylene tape with width between 5 and 15mm and welding speed of 2,5 seconds/tape.
Machine dimensions: 780x550x770mm





3. Thermo conductive foil wrapping machine - Used for packing turning tools in polyethylene foil. It uses thermo conductive not stretched trouser type polyethylene foil of 600mm width and disposes of working table (on which the set of cutting tools to be packaged is placed in order) and furnace with automatic time/temperature program (in which the foil is thermally contracted and then cooled down).

4. Two axles lift trucker - Used for unloading charge stock and loading pallets for shipping.
Lifting height: 1800mm
Net load: 2t (on both axles, the distance between axles can be horizontally modified in order to adapt to any type of pallet)
Gauge dimensions: 1400x3300x2000mm (with the possibility of tilting over the cargo from the blades)
Turning radius: 1970 mm at a normal working width of 2350mm
