Processing

Quantitative and qualitative reception - Products unloaded using a lift truck are entering the processing flow packed in boxes gathered in pallets, the quantitative reception being realized randomly by counting and checking the ordered codes and marking them off on the invoice.

Sorting and wrapping in foil - On the sorting table are gathered the painted and dried tools which are manually placed in shrink foil (maximum 5 pieces at once - with the same identification code and color). The wrapping in foil is realized automatically with a wrapping machine using shrink foil and has the purpose of keeping the cutting tools together in sets with the same identification code.

Labeling and vacuuming - Foiled packages are manually taken over and placed on the labeling table. Labeling is realized using a computer and a special printer, the cutting tools being then introduced in polyethylene packages for vacuuming with a piece of cardboard for fastening and the label coming from the PC. The packages are manually placed in batches in the vacuuming machine which vacuums and seals automatically each package.

Packaging in boxes, bales and pallets - Packaging in boxes and their labeling are executed manually. The boxes are then placed automatically in bales using polyester tape and placed on a pallet at the base of the machine which, once complete, it’s wrapped in stretch foil for sealing from atmospheric agents. The package is transported in final stage using a pallet truck to store for delivery.
